蛋白药物定点递送与肿瘤免疫治疗

       蛋白药物与小分子药物相比具有高活性、高特异性、低毒性等优异特点,对不同肿瘤和自身免疫性疾病表现出很高的疗效。但是,临床上蛋白药物存在半衰期短、生物利用度较低、需要长期频繁注射给药等问题。免疫原性是蛋白药物临床应用常面临的另一个问题。我们将创新研究制备(i)生物可降解凝胶微球用于蛋白药物(如PD-1抗体、PD-L1抗体、赫赛汀、IL-2IL-12等)的缓慢定点释放,实现肿瘤的高效免疫治疗,及(ii)生物可降解纳米凝胶和聚合物囊泡用于胞内蛋白药物(如胞内抗体、颗粒酶B、皂草素蛋白等)的肿瘤靶向递送,实现恶性肿瘤的高效蛋白治疗。
